Data controller

Soul Candles is responsible for processing the personal data it receives through this site, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing regulations.

What data we collect

• At purchase: name, ID number (if required for invoicing), shipping address, email, phone and your order details, including customizations.
• At payment: Wompi processes payment data directly. We never see or store your card numbers.
• When you contact us or request a quote: your name, WhatsApp number and any details you share with us.
• While browsing: usage data through cookies and Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager to understand site behavior in aggregate.

What we use it for

• Process, produce and deliver your order, and send you confirmation and tracking.
• Handle advice requests, quotes, warranties and inquiries.
• Meet legal and accounting obligations.
• Sending you news only if you give us your consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. We only share it with those we need to complete your order: the payment gateway (Wompi), shipping carriers, and our hosting and analytics providers, who operate under their own policies.

Your rights

You can access, update, correct and request deletion of your data, and revoke your authorization, by writing to us on WhatsApp or through the contact page. We answer inquiries within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days.
